If your drive is inaccessible, cannot be formatted, or partitions could not be accessed, follow the troubleshooting guidance below:
Make sure you're using the latest firmware. You can use the Solidigm™ Storage Tool or the Solidigm™ Bootable Firmware Update Tool for updating the firmware of the drive.
Perform a secure erase on the drive. Refer to the links below for doing a low level format:
